Our first series begins in Paris, France. Ok, I know what you are thinking? I am sick and tired of too many blog posts about Paris… will I learn something new? My hope is, yes.
I am starting my parts explored series with Paris because during my most recent trip, I experienced that “ah ha” moment that catalyzed the decision to expend all my creative energy and business experience into the creation of this blog. Paris to me means soul searching the deepest parts of who I am.
In this series, I will share some of those pivotal moments followed by numerous hilarious mishaps. Additionally, I will share the tips I acquired to master complex French culinary techniques from lessons taught by the pros at “Cook’n with Class” and dining experiences with renowned chefs.
Through innovative adaptations to French classic dishes, you will master the baseline techniques and wow your guests with your French culinary edge.
Tune in and keep cooking.
